The Green Code Thermo Slab^® is an industrially prefabricated, metal formwork-smooth concrete element approximately 60mm thick with integrated truss connectors, minimum transverse reinforcement, and full-surface insulation. The load-bearing longitudinal reinforcement is already factory-integrated in the slab element. Depending on requirements, the Thermo Slab can be designed as a one-way or two-way spanning system.

Following the installation of prefabricated elements, the installation of additional structural reinforcement, and the placement of in-situ concrete, a monolithic slab system with structural load-bearing capacity is created – economical and reliable.

The integrated thermal insulation solves the challenge of continuous building envelope insulation. It closes insulation gaps at critical building joints and prevents thermal bridges. The Thermo Slab is ideal for cantilevered components in combination with the Green Code Thermo Wall^® for a unified appearance. It is particularly valued as a separation between heated storeys and underground garages.
