The project proves how concrete, originally a purely commercial building element, can be turned into a residential added value in urban development. The goal of this building project was not simply to create new living space, but an open living space for residents, neighbors or passers-by.
This is also a great advantage for the surrounding businesses, as the development of the area means that there is no before or behind, and thus no boundary between private and public, as would more often be the case with row buildings. The motto "Living in the countryside" already indicates a significant direction in which this new area in the Nuremberg district of Langwasser is to develop.

With their almost square, instead of the elongated basic form common for this area, the two buildings do not give any direction, but can play on all sides of the space. They are slightly offset and the public thoroughfare passes diagonally between the buildings, so that all neighbors and passers-by are well connected. One of the paths, coming from the supply center on Glogauerstrasse, leads across the area to the north to the school's sports center and a higher-level green corridor.
