The Half Slab is an industrially prefabricated element consisting of a metal formwork-smooth concrete slab with built-in lattice girders as bracing and the minimum transverse reinforcement.

Solid construction - The load-bearing longitudinal reinforcement is already installed in the floor element at the plant. After installation of the elements on site, integration of any additional reinforcement layers and pouring of the onsite concrete, a statically uniaxially stressed monolithic floor system is achieved.

The Half Slab with void formers (ribbed girder slab) is an industrially prefabricated element consisting of a metal formwork-smooth concrete slab with built-in lattice girders as reinforcement and the minimum transverse reinforcement.

Advantages due to polystyrene - The load-bearing longitudinal reinforcement is already factory-installed in the floor element, with polystyrene fillers in between. After the elements have been laid on site, any additional reinforcement layers have been integrated and the in-situ concrete has been poured, resulting in a statically uniaxially stressed monolithic floor system.

XM Slab

The XM-Slab is an industrially prefabricated, cross-reinforced slab element consisting of a concrete plate with built-in lattice girders, load-bearing longitudinal reinforcement, minimum transverse reinforcement, built-in punching shear reinforcement. .

After laying the elements on site, integrating additional reinforcement layers and curing the in-situ concrete, the result is a biaxially spanned monolithic ceiling system.
