Instead of performing extensive formwork and reinforcement work on site, the majority of work is carried out in the planning office and production facility. There, precast concrete elements are manufactured in a controlled, dry environment – computer-controlled and robot-assisted. These prefabricated building components are then delivered just-in-time to the construction site, which thus transforms primarily into an assembly location.

This process reduces the need for specialized skilled workers on site by up to 60% compared to conventional construction methods. And it provides safer and drier working conditions during construction. Particularly during times of skilled labor shortages, this offers a significant advantage, as jobs in production are designed to be modern and future-proof.
