Alignment with agreed delivery times. Optimal utilization of shift operations, compliance with production capabilities, and continuous coordination of production data with transfer of information to the supply chain for preparation of materials for production.

4. Manufacturing

Just-in-time production of planned quantities in defined quality under controlled conditions with contemporary concrete recipes optimized for the respective products. Standardized processes and clear work instructions ensure high quality.

5. Logistics / Disposition

Customer and project-oriented delivery planning and ongoing coordination of delivery dates. Interim storage of manufactured prefabricated elements and just-in-time delivery to the construction site. Provision of assembly materials and other necessary components. Tracking of transports.

6. Assembly

Thorough assembly planning for each construction site with the goal of time-saving assembly with minimal personnel requirements. Planning of necessary equipment and materials for each construction site. Work instructions for internal and external assembly teams. Control quality and costs.

7. Refinement / Value Retention

Correct small production traces and assembly residues. Clean and seal for surface protection – colorless or pigmented with the goal of a homogeneous surface. Process surfaces with texture and glaze – colorless or pigmented.
