A Prefabricated Slab Element

The Green Code Half Slab is an industrially prefabricated, metal formwork-smooth slab element with integrated truss connectors for bracing and minimum transverse reinforcement. The load-bearing longitudinal reinforcement is already factory-integrated in the slab element. It can also be designed as a two-way spanning system for the construction of flat slabs.

Through the prefabricated concrete elements, installation is quick and without expensive formwork systems on site, significantly reducing construction time. Following the installation of the prefabricated elements, the installation of additional reinforcement, and the placement and curing of in-situ concrete, a structurally one-way or two-way spanning, monolithic slab system is created.

Solid Construction

The Green Code Half Slab is individually planned and manufactured according to specific project requirements and is particularly suitable for slabs with high structural demands. Planning and highly automated production are carried out in compliance with strict quality criteria. Since the manufacturing of the slab elements is not bound to a modular system, diverse geometric and architectural forms can be implemented – thereby realizing a wide range of applications.
