The transition from a traditional precast concrete manufacturer to a Green Code partner takes place in stages – efficiently, plannable and without interruption of ongoing operations.

After the license agreement, we launch a detailed roadmap. Typically, the process begins about 6 months before production start and is accompanied for approximately 12 months after commissioning. In doing so, we account for the adaptation of existing production facilities, the optimization of internal processes, and market integration.
