The company's proprietary Autodesk Revit® - based planning software BIMpro enables a seamless planning process between architecture, structural engineering, and manufacturing. Architectural models can be quickly transformed into concrete prefabricated element models.

Technical Planning

Detailed planning is essential for high-quality results, sound cost calculations, and on-schedule construction progress. In our technical offices, all information converges and is consolidated in a comprehensive CAD master plan – based on the plans from architectural offices, structural plans and planning from relevant trades are integrated step by step – layer by layer. From steel to electrical conduits, all elements are planned into slabs,and walls.

This establishes the foundation for a fully functional building and sound structural integrity. Collision detection identifies and resolves conflicts between trades early – not only when the building is already standing. With the Green Code building system, we combine industrial standards with individual planning through to building handover.

Industrial Manufacturing

Mature, reliable CAD plans form the basis for our computer-aided production. The welding robot delivers just-in-time precisely dimensioned reinforcements.

With the support of lasers and formwork robots – as well as considerable manual expertise – reinforcement and insulation are laid together with heating lines, empty conduits, and cut-outs on the formwork palettes, poured with concrete, and compacted. During the curing period – the "maturing process" – the elements together with the formwork palette are temporarily stored in climate chambers under optimal conditions. This ensures the concrete truly reaches its calculated load-bearing capacity. Here, no rain dilutes the formulation, no sun diminishes the final strength, and no frost leaves crystal marks on the surfaces. On the construction site, precisely fitted building elements of the highest quality are delivered and assembled.

Integrated Building Components

Building components are integrated in the elements already in the precast plant, in coordination with the executing trades, or prepared for on-site installation. Necessary empty conduits, outlets, penetrations, and cut-outs are accommodated in the elements. Thus, the heating/cooling pipes in the Green Code Climatic Slab® are fully installed and can be connected by the heating engineer on site. Water and ventilation are laid into the designated cut-outs and penetrations according to plan. No trade interferes with or obstructs another – completion progresses rapidly. Chasing channels on the construction site is construction from yesterday.
