The Green Code Double Wall is an industrially prefabricated wall element consisting of two reinforced concrete panels connected via truss connectors. Project-specific, structurally designed reinforcement is already integrated at the factory, ensuring elements are delivered precisely fitted and installation-ready to the construction site. There, they are positioned and filled with in-situ concrete, creating a monolithic, load-bearing wall section – entirely without additional formwork effort.

The Double Wall harnesses the excellent material properties of concrete and thus offers a timeless solution for demanding construction tasks. The system is characterized by exceptional weather resistance, durability, and maintenance-free performance. Depending on requirements, integrated components such as anchor points, pipe penetrations, or electrical components can be provided at the factory.

The Green Code Double Wall offers an innovative and efficient solution for demanding construction tasks. This sustainable, custom-tailored solution combines technical reliability with aesthetic design options and is ideally suited for any construction projects. The wall is cast horizontally on metal formwork and compacted using modern compaction technology, resulting in a smooth and high-quality surface finish.

The elements are available in a wide variety of exposure classes (including XF4). On site, concrete surfaces can be finished according to the area of application to meet architectural concrete requirements.

Surface design can be executed in a variety of ways: In addition to textured concrete and colored concrete, it can also be produced with a ground, brushed, or bushhammered aesthetic. The double-wall can additionally be finished with sharp edges.
