GREAT INTEREST IN BUILDING WITH GREEN CODE

A turning point in construction as well? Experts have long proclaimed modular construction with industrially prefabricated elements. Because buildings can be constructed economically and quickly. At BAU 2025, the topic was broadly represented with a dedicated hall for "Modular Construction / Serial and Prefabricated Construction." Interest at the Green Code trade fair stand was enormous because with our building system we stand for sustainability in addition to efficiency. Established professionals, students with their professors, and officials from administration and politics informed themselves with us. We thank all visitors for their openness and dialogue.

The Green Code building system consists of industrially prefabricated walls and slabs in different designs and configurations. The extensive modular system of wall and slab systems enables building owners, project developers and planners to economically and quickly construct sustainable buildings while realizing their own requirements and architectural ideas. We were able to impressively demonstrate this at our trade fair stand.

"Showing what's possible" was also the motto at the Green Code trade fair stand. The installed Green Code Acoustic Climatic Slab^®particularly drew attention with its appearance and integrated technology:

Regularly arranged openings and resonance bodies filled with insulation material.
Efficient, sustainable heating and cooling through thermal radiation.
Reduced heating demand and greater comfort through thermal radiation and heat storage of the concrete.
Optimized room acoustics – completely without a suspended ceiling system.
Integrated luminaires connected via the resonance body.

In the heart of Innsbruck's city center, this 9-story building is being constructed with the Green Code building system.

The façade is being realized with Green Code Thermo Wall^® in colored concrete.

In the interior, the Green Code Climatic Slab^® is being used. The building components are equipped with pipe systems from the factory. This way, the rooms are either heated or cooled through thermal radiation.
