Affordable housing is increasingly becoming a challenge – not always due to lack of income, but because of exploding construction and operating costs.

Green Code offers a genuine answer to this: an innovative building system that intelligently combines sustainable planning, economical construction, and efficient building operations. Green Code is more than a building system – it is a key to future-proof projects and a new dimension of affordable construction. Let us chart new paths together.

Rethink Construction and Operations

Green Code unites efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness: Precise precast concrete elements with integrated insulation and building services arrive just-in-timeready for assembly, weather-independent, and perfectly executed:

  • Up to 60% less personnel required on site – a genuine response to skilled labor shortage.
  • Up to 40% faster construction time – for earlier returns and shorter financing periods.
  • Fixed construction costs – thanks to standardized manufacturing and lean processes.
  • No additional work – plastering, or cladding are completely eliminated.
  • Up to 35% less energy consumption for heating and cooling through thermally activated building components.

Green Code Thermo Slab® – for Maximum Energy Efficiency

The Green Code Thermo Slab® is an industrially prefabricated building element with a smooth concrete panel, integrated reinforcement, and insulation. This combination makes it an ideal solution for thermal bridge-free construction – even with complex connection details such as cantilevered balconies or open closures of underground parking garages. After assembly and grouting on site, a monolithic slab is created with consistently high insulation quality.

RBW (formerly Concrete Rudolph) - Pioneer of the Green Code Building System

As one of the first Green Code partners, Concrete Rudolph made a name for itself as an innovator in the construction industry. The current Green Code building system was significantly shaped by this forward-thinking company. Since 2019, Concrete Rudolph has been part of the Rohrdorfer Group and is now part of RBW Rohrdorfer Betonwerke GmbH & Co. KG, a leading building materials manufacturer in Bavaria.

With five production facilities and three design offices, the company specializes in the industrial production of precast concrete elements for commercial and residential construction and offers tailor-made solutions for demanding construction projects.
