Economic Challenges Also Offer Opportunities

Discover how every construction project paves the way to a sustainable future. Every investment can become part of the transformation. The Green Code building system impresses with an innovative overall concept that goes beyond mere material use, unlike timber construction, and takes the entire lifecycle of a building into view. With sustainable, modular solutions, we set new standards for efficient and resource-conserving construction and operations.

Learn more about this sustainable way of building.

Lifecycle-Oriented Building Method

Green Code buildings offer great design freedom and thoughtful consideration for future repurposing, which extends the building's useful life and reduces the need for new construction. Durable and easy-to-maintain building components reduce resource consumption and minimize the ecological footprint throughout a building's lifecycle. All components of the Green Code building system are designed so that they can be returned to the production cycle at the end of their service life. They are resources for the future.

Reduction of Environmental Impact in the Construction Process

Every Green Code building is comprehensively planned digitally before robot-assisted industrial manufacturing of the building components – with optimized material use – begins. The precisely dimensioned system elements with integrated reinforcement, building services, and paint-ready surfaces are delivered just-in-time to the construction site, where time-consuming formwork and reinforcement work is eliminated. Use and transport of materials are significantly minimized, resulting in fewer emissions. The Green Code building system impresses with timeless aesthetics and requires no additional cladding, WDVS (exterior insulation and finish systems), plastering, suspended ceilings, etc. This enables an up to 40% shorter construction time and relieves environmental burden.

State-of-the-Art: The Green Code Thermo Wall®

The Green Code Thermo Wall® is the efficient and sustainable solution for buildings of all types. It is an industrially prefabricated façade element consisting of two precisely dimensioned reinforced concrete panels connected without thermal bridges, with internal thermal insulation. The Thermowand ensures uniform room temperature and enables "KlimaHaus-A Standard" or "Passive House Standard." All building services are built-in or their installation is prepared. The result is a statically monolithic structure.
