Green Code makes construction projects plannable, schedule-secure, cost-secure, and quality-secure. The foundation is a fully conceived digital twin.

Green Code precast concrete elements with integrated insulation and building services are produced industrially and automatically. Material use is optimized and waste is minimized. The finished concrete elements arrive on site just-in-time, ready for painting. Formwork, separate insulation, plastering, or cladding can be eliminated. This conserves the budget while also reducing interfaces and costly errors.

Construction site logistics become simpler – with less noise, traffic, and dust and up to 60% lower personnel requirements. This allows construction projects to be realized up to 40% faster. And after just ten years, the costs for investment, energy, and maintenance are up to 20% lower than with conventional building methods.

With Dips & Drops, a new chapter begins for the traditional Tauernhof in Flachau: a modern hub for bike and ski enthusiasts has been created – reimagined architecturally, interior-architecturally, and operationally. Modernized staff areas, fire protection measures, and future-proof building systems make the existing structure fit for tomorrow. Green Code contributed to the economical and efficient renovation: 1,400 m² of Green Code Thermo Wall® as a façade element and 1,900 m² of Green Code Double Walls combine functionality with a clear, durable architectural language.

The Green Code Thermo Wall® - Efficiency and Aesthetics

The Green Code Thermo Wall® is an industrially prefabricated façade element. It consists of two precisely dimensioned reinforced concrete panels connected to each other without thermal bridges, with internal thermal insulation. The outer, non-load-bearing façade panel provides mechanical protection for the thermal insulation.

Planned project-specifically, large formats over 10 meters are possible, as well as variable wall and insulation thicknesses, different insulation materials, and exposure classes up to XF4 (including "white tub" waterproofing) and fire wall designs. The surface can be individually customized from the factory.
