The Green Code Thermo Wall® is delivered just in time to the construction site and assembled quickly, cleanly, and safely on site. The need for formwork, insulation, and scaffolding is eliminated. This reduces costs and demonstrably allows the structural shell to be completed up to 40% faster.

Fewer interfaces and trades mean fewer errors, less rework, and greater certainty in terms of costs, schedules, and workflows. At the same time, noise, traffic, dust, and on-site labor requirements are significantly reduced – by up to 60%.

A key highlight for cost planning: the Green Code Thermo Wall® features steel-formwork-smooth surfaces that are paint-ready and only require hydrophobic treatment. Plastering or additional façade cladding is not necessary. The result is a highly cost-efficient building system that, thanks to its integrated insulation, enables permanently low operating costs.

In the Vienna residential district “Neu Leopoldau,” the Green Code Thermo Wall® demonstrates its full potential. In the “Junges Wohnen” project, the monolithic building structure with its award-winning exposed concrete façade sets a strong urban design statement. The decision to use Green Code here was made deliberately in order to combine aesthetics with uncompromising cost efficiency.

On 01. & 02. October 2026, the Green Code Precast Days will take place at the Progress Group headquarters in Brixen (South Tyrol).

The conference addresses the major challenges facing the construction industry and presents solutions on how sustainable buildings can be realized more efficiently and cost-effectively. In doing so, it aims to help counter the global housing shortage while also providing solutions for the construction industry as a whole.
