BETTER HEATING AND COOLING WITH THE GREEN CODE CLIMATIC SLAB®

In residential construction, underfloor heating still dominates out of habit. In office and commercial buildings, however, practice is gradually showing a different picture: the Green Code Climatic Slab® is increasingly being adopted because it intelligently combines comfort, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The Climatic Slab distributes heat and cooling evenly throughout the room, without drafts or disruptive air flows – something that is clearly noticeable in everyday use and pays off in operation. The Green Code Climatic Slab® is designed project-specifically and prefabricated industrially: reinforcement, insulation, and building services are integrated; planning is BIM-based, and delivery is just-in-time. This significantly accelerates construction, reduces interfaces, and increases execution quality. The thermal mass of concrete stabilizes indoor temperature profiles, while integrated insulation improves the energy balance and enables high standards.
